I'm paraphrasing, but here's the gist of the article:

The Good Doctor is an adaptation of a Korean show. It's about a young surgeon, who has savant syndrome. He's recruited to join the pediatric surgery unit at a top-tier hospital.

Sadly, Hugh is not playing Holmes or Watson—those roles will be played by Will Ferrell and John C Reilly. No, I'm not kidding. This Sherlock Holmes movie is supposed to be a comedy.

Doctors Who Solve Medical Mysteries—Wall Street Journal article Doctor Wendy Chung, director of the Discover program at NewYork Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.

Excerpt: When people liken her work to the popular TV show “House,” Dr. Chung cringes a little, but acknowledges there are similarities. “We are medical detectives,” says Dr. Chung, an associate professor of pediatrics and medicine at Columbia. “I’m more focused [than her TV show counterpart] in the sense that we are using genetic and genomic tools to be able to do this.”

Infamous is a "legal drama procedural" that Eli Attie is writing and producing. It's based on the Icelandic series Réttur.

Infamous is about "a fast-rising hotshot attorney is jailed for a murder he doesn’t remember, and believes he didn’t commit. Six years later, he’s released on a technicality — which doesn’t mean that he’s innocent, or that his old life wants him back. He wanted to be famous; now he’s infamous. He re-enters his family firm to find his brother’s taken his seat at the table — and also his fiancée. While solving cases each week, he’ll do anything to find out what really happened that fateful night, and who might have set him up. And he changes the ways of the family firm, whether they like it or not."
